Hi folks. Why don't we use this blog to plan, communicate, share stories and photos, and otherwise get ready to go to Haiti?
The need for medical teams in Haiti is great and the need will not diminish for a long time. I'm told there are thousands of docs and nurses wanting to volunteer their services to help the Haitian people . Therefore, I think a weekly charter flight from Toronto for volunteer medical teams and supplies is justified.
We have tried unsuccessfully to move the federal government in this direction. So we must resort to public pressure .Standby.
